For a technical issue, a screenshot and the approximate time can help. Please do not email passwords, payment-card numbers, or sensitive personal documents.
Need help with a Paddle charge?
For purchases made through Paddle, your receipt includes a Manage subscription link. You can also reach Paddle buyer support at paddle.net to request a cancellation, receipt, or refund review.
If a purchase was made through Google Play, manage it in the subscriptions area of your Google Play account. We cannot cancel a Google Play purchase from a Paddle portal.
