These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using PawVoxo, including our playful translators, accounts, optional Premium features, and purchases. Please read them before using a paid service.
Who we are and acceptance
PawVoxo is a pet-entertainment service offered under the PawVoxo brand Contact: alexhudson.digitals@gmail.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the affected service.
What PawVoxo does — and does not do
PawVoxo is for entertainment. Dog-to-Human and Cat-to-Human messages, audio effects, and AI responses are playful, imaginative outputs. They are not literal animal-language translations or verified assessments of a pet’s feelings, behavior, or health.
Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, unpredictable, or inappropriate to a specific situation. You remain responsible for pet care and safety decisions. A veterinarian or qualified behavior professional is the appropriate source for health or serious behavioral concerns.
Accounts and access
Some free browser tools do not require an account. Account-based AI features may require registration. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account.
The account-based AI experience allows five free AI translations per account. Free usage is tracked against the account, not reset by reinstalling the app or clearing browser data. Attempts to bypass limits or abuse the service may lead to restrictions.
You must be at least 13, or older if your local law requires, and have any legally required guardian permission to use the service. A purchaser must also meet the age and capacity requirements of the applicable payment provider.
Acceptable use
- Only upload audio, images, and text you own or have permission to use.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, malicious, or privacy-invasive material or try to extract another person’s data.
- Do not reverse engineer or disrupt services, automate abuse, share paid accounts for resale, or evade quotas.
- Do not use PawVoxo output as professional veterinary guidance or claim it is a scientifically verified translation.
We may suspend or limit access for misuse, security threats, technical issues, or legal obligations, consistent with applicable law.
Paddle website purchases
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
For transactions using Paddle, you buy the subscription from Paddle, while PawVoxo provides the digital service. Payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, transaction disputes, and refund processing are handled under Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. You can get buyer help at paddle.net.
If subscriptions are sold inside a Google Play-distributed Android app through Google Play Billing, Google Play handles those transactions under its applicable purchase terms. The cancellation route depends on where you purchased.
Ownership and user material
PawVoxo and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, design, and original materials. You keep rights to the photos, recordings, text, and other content you upload, subject to rights of third parties. You grant us the limited permissions necessary to process that material to deliver the features you request and operate the service.
AI-generated content is provided for personal entertainment, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You are responsible for checking outputs before sharing them; do not represent them as proof of what an animal said or meant.
Availability and changes
We may improve, update, or discontinue specific features and manage reasonable usage or safety restrictions. Feature availability, output style, response time, and compatibility can vary with device, browser, provider availability, and connectivity. Material changes to paid features will be communicated where required by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every generated message will be unique, correct, or appropriate. Any limitations or exclusions apply only to the extent allowed by law; your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Legal rights and disputes
Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including statutory consumer rights for faulty or misdescribed digital services. Subject to applicable law, PawVoxo is not responsible for decisions made by treating entertainment outputs as veterinary or behavioral advice.
Applicable laws and dispute procedures depend on the party involved and where you live. A Paddle transaction is also subject to the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms, including its country-specific provisions.
Updates and contact
