Who operates PawVoxo

This website and service operate under the PawVoxo brand. For privacy questions, contact alexhudson.digitals@gmail.com. This policy applies to the PawVoxo website and PawVoxo-branded experiences operated by us unless a feature displays a separate notice.

Information we process

• Information you choose to give us: email address and account details when registration is offered; support messages; pet names, breed, age, photos, and preferences that you decide to add to a supported pet profile.
• Audio, messages, and results: recordings or uploaded clips you submit, text you enter, selected moods, generated messages, and saved history/favorites when these features are used.
• Transaction details: purchase email, plan, subscription status, transaction/order identifiers, and payment-related support records supplied by the payment provider.
• Technical data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser/device type, operating system, error logs, and security information that website/app infrastructure ordinarily generates.

You do not need to provide a real pet name or sensitive details to enjoy an imaginary result. Only submit material you have permission to use.

Microphone and AI audio processing

Microphone access requires your device or browser permission. You control whether to record or select a file. For features that run locally, audio can remain on your device. When you deliberately request an online AI translation, relevant audio or derived audio/text input, selected mood, and any pet profile details used for personalization may be transmitted to PawVoxo services and the AI service provider needed to produce a response.

AI-generated text is a creative response, not a scientifically validated analysis of a pet’s language, mood, or health. Do not record other people or share private information in audio without permission.

Implementation check before launch: identify the live AI provider, whether raw audio is stored, the retention/deletion interval, and any optional training settings. Update this section to match the deployed backend.

Why we use this information

• Provide translations, audio playback, profiles, preferences, saved results, and other requested features.
• Authenticate accounts, associate free AI usage with an account, and maintain Premium entitlements.
• Process purchases, confirm subscription status, handle cancellation and refund inquiries, and detect payment abuse.
• Respond to support and privacy requests, troubleshoot errors, prevent spam/fraud, and protect the service.
• Meet applicable legal obligations and improve reliability where permitted.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers only as needed to operate features, such as hosting and security services, AI processing providers, email/support services, and a payment provider. Information relevant to a specific request may be shared with the provider that performs it. Some providers may process information in other countries.

For website purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and separately handles the transaction under its own privacy notice. PawVoxo should not receive or store full payment-card numbers for Paddle transactions. If purchases are offered through Google Play, Google’s separate payment and privacy terms apply to that transaction.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a lawful business transfer.

Cookies and local device storage

The website may use essential cookies and browser storage to maintain sessions, remember preferences, support security, or keep local tool data available. An app may similarly use on-device storage for profiles, history, or settings.

If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking tools are enabled, PawVoxo must update this notice and implement any consent controls required where users live. You can remove browser data or adjust device permissions in your browser or device settings.

How long data is kept

Different records are retained for different purposes: local recordings remain subject to your device/browser storage; account and saved-feature information may remain while your account is active; support records are kept as needed to resolve requests; and financial, fraud, and transaction records may be retained for applicable accounting and legal periods.

Deleting an app or clearing a browser does not necessarily remove account or transaction records stored elsewhere. Backup copies and third-party records may take additional time to expire. Contact us about account or data deletion.

Before publishing: replace this general retention description with actual timeframes for cloud audio, AI requests, account records, and backups once backend behavior is verified.

Your privacy choices and rights

• You can decline microphone permission or choose not to upload audio.
• When account tools allow it, update pet profile details and remove locally saved history.
• Contact us to ask whether we hold personal data about you and to request access, correction, deletion, or an export when applicable.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent, when applicable under your local law.
• Contact your payment provider separately for payment data the provider controls.

Send requests to alexhudson.digitals@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify account ownership before disclosing or deleting account information. Applicable laws can require us to retain some records.

Children and pet safety

PawVoxo is not intended for children under 13. In places with a higher age of digital consent, parental or guardian involvement may be required. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children who cannot legally consent to its collection.

PawVoxo is entertainment, not a medical, veterinary, or animal-behavior diagnostic service. If you have an urgent pet health concern, seek professional help.

Security and changes

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved, but no online system is completely secure. We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top indicates the current version.
